Recently, Junhe successfully held a training session on lean production management to carry out the layout planning of a lean production factory in advance for the under-construction metal parts processing and intelligent equipment production line project.

This training brought together managers and technical teams from various departments of the company, and specially invited well-known experts in the industry to share the core concepts and implementation strategies of lean production. During the training, it first covered the planning of production strategies, including the analysis of production processes, the classification of production types, the distribution of capacity planning, and the design of production lines. Secondly, the training explained the production layout planning, focusing on the logistics design of main products, the planning of block layout, the improvement of KPI, and the refined planning methods. Finally, it also involved the planning of factory logistics and warehouses to ensure the optimization of overall production efficiency and resource utilization.

JUNHE Project Background

Junhe organized this training during the construction of the second-phase project, demonstrating its emphasis on lean production and efficient operation. This forward-looking decision reflects the company's hope to optimize resource allocation and improve production efficiency through professional guidance, so as to respond to market changes and customer needs.

The project covers an area of 26 mu, with a construction area of 24,771 square meters and a total investment of 120 million yuan. After completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of processing 30,000 tons of metal parts and producing 60 sets of intelligent equipment production lines.
