Suitable for water-based and solvent-based zinc-aluminum anti-corrosion coatings and zinc-rich paints specially developed for brake disc induction heating.

  • Paint supply system is located in a dedicated room, with paint temperature and ambient temperature controlled at 20℃±2℃, equipped with stirring and filtering.
  • Transplanter handles workpiece transfer between stations, driven by servo motor with closed-loop control.
  • Curing temperature: 340℃ (adjustable), curing time: 30–45 min.
  • Step-by-step conveyor chain.
  • High-low misaligned support bars on the carrier beam increase furnace utilization and optimize disc spacing.
